Buntal hat is one of the known for Baliwagenyo, wherein they have a festival for Buntal Hat. And that’s inspiration me to make this as a concept for the educational facility.

Glorietta is the popular park in Baliuag Bulacan and we create a plan of an educational facility in the center of it.

Space is the availability of a certain place and give findings to feel the ambiance of it. Chuan Kee Fastfood is a spacious place for dine in and enjoying foods.

Staircase is a function of a building or a house which providing us the access to different floors and areas of a building It consists of a flight of steps and one or more intermediate landing slabs between the floor levels. Different types of staircases can be made by arranging stairs and landing slabs.
Stairs can be made of concrete, stone, wood, steel or combination of any of these.

The design concept of this architectural design for a residential house is modern and catching materials. The design will include comfortable shelter for the family and friends. The design will also enhance the flexibility of the space while providing a comfortable setting for family gatherings, relaxing and meeting friends.
